The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner will provide recruiting and consulting services to support the needs of our corporate and/or field operations business functions. This person will utilize proactive recruiting techniques and develop industry contacts to hire qualified and talented individuals who mirror Invitation Homes culture and brand, selecting individuals who will provide added value to the department, business line and company with an intentional focus on attracting traditionally underrepresented groups. The ideal candidate for this role with be an outside of the box thinker who delivers phenomenal recruiting results while building lasting relationships.
What You’ll Do
- Advise Hiring Managers on appropriate legal hiring/interviewing practices and procedures
- Recruits, develops sources and executes recruitment strategies for complex searches alongside business leaders
- Market company attributes to prospective talent and utilize passive search strategies
- Work closely with external and internal candidates to ensure an outstanding candidate experience
- Participates in special projects associated with recruitment, performance improvement initiatives, system enhancements, conversions, or implementations and other applicable recruitment projects
- The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner will work closely with managers to clarify job specifications and requirements, discuss business operations, participate in workforce planning and develop recruiting strategies to fill current and future staffing needs
- Assist with compliance requirements for SOX
Who We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field with major course work in discipline related and/or equivalent combination of work experience and education
- Minimum 3 years’ experience recruiting in a fast-paced environment
- Real Estate industry experience a plus
- Analytical and metrics reporting capabilities
- Proficient in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) tools, Workday strongly preferred
- Proficient in utilizing sourcing tools - LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Seekout, Handshake, etc.
- Proficiency utilizing Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
- Ability to develop relationships with senior professionals and work collaboratively across teams
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated client focus
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
