Resourceful, organized, friendly and experienced Executive Assistant who has a proven record of efficiency, task-management and results orientation to play a key role as the right hand to the executives. The successful candidate will be mature, emotionally intelligent, discreet, reliable, with demonstrated ability to take ownership of and follow through on projects. In this role, you will be a gatekeeper and thought partner for the respective executive. What You’ll Do
- Manage complex calendars, including scheduling and prioritizing appointments; trouble shooting scheduling challenges; scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences and travel. This includes long-range planning as well as juggling frequent last-minute changes and coordinating with internal and external constituents
- Complete all travel logistics and itineraries, facilitate preparation for travel, and prepare & submit expense reports
- Monitor new technologies and apps in-use at the company, learn them and guide SVP in implementation for maximum efficiency/effectiveness
- Protect the SVPs calendars, holding a firm line while still providing excellent service to the people asking for time
- Schedule 1:1s as well as regular governance of pillar meetings
- Plan, schedule and coordinate meetings, retreats and other events with company’s departments and external participants
- Ensure agendas and prep assignments are distributed in time for effective meetings
- Develop PowerPoints for SVP presentations and facilitation projects
- For in-person meetings: prepare agendas, order meeting supplies, make copies, coordinate room set up and audio/visual, coordinate with speakers, order/pick-up/lay out refreshments, etc.
- Provide project support including note taking; recording and archiving notes, decisions, and action steps; tracking tasks and follow-ups; and conducting document management
- Manage special projects and initiatives as assigned by SVP
- Draft SVP communications, incorporating the voice and style of the SVP
- Interface with high level contacts both external and internal
- Liaise between SVP’s office and staff
- Review admin functions and institute process improvements to simplify and streamline
- Adhoc projects assigned by SVPs or their teams
Who We’re Looking For
- Minimum 5-10 years' corporate experience / C-Suite experience preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft applications (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Polished and professional demeanor with good interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrate a willingness to take on additional responsibilities and/or new projects.
- Able to work independently and think strategically.
- Ability to accomplish routine and habitual tasks with care and attention to detail.
- Hands-on problem solver with excellent follow through abilities.
- Consistently maintain discretion and confidentiality on all fronts.
- Professional telephone and e-mail communication abilities.
- Proactive and unafraid to ask questions.

Salary Range
The salary range for this position is: $53,175.00 - $92,170.00, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable employment laws.Compensation and Benefits
