Job Summary
The Property Compliance Coordinator is responsible for performing the daily functions to support market adherence to HOA or Municipality rules and regulations. This position plays a direct role in expediting curing of compliance issues for the assigned market(s).
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities
Monitor and facilitate the resolution of compliance items using resources available
Maintain relationships and effectively communicate with HOAs, management companies and municipalities
Execute the administrative functions concerning licensing, registrations, inspections, Business Tax Registration and any other municipal mandated administrative tasks
Interact and communicate with market team members to facilitate compliance and/or resolution of compliance concerns
Ensure proper execution of workflows and data integrity in the technology systems of record
Perform other duties as assigned
Education and/or Experience
High School or GED
One year of customer service and/or HOA/property management experience
One to two years of administrative experience in an office environment
Skills/Specialized Knowledge
Familiarity with federal fair housing laws and applicable local housing provisions
Ability to multitask using a variety of IT platforms simultaneously
Knowledge of Yardi and/or Salesforce is preferred
Must be proficient in Microsoft software applications
Ability to solve problems constructively
Ability to work with limited supervision, "self-motivated"
Works well with others in a team environment, "team-player"
Excellent customer service skills, both internal and external
Proficient verbal and writing skills
Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task with accuracy

Must maintain professional appearance
Ability to be at work on a regular and consistent basis; Overtime may be required for this position
Physical and Mental Demands
This position will spend long hours sitting and using office equipment and computers. The position may also entail light lifting of supplies and materials occasionally, up to and including 20 pounds in addition to reaching, stooping, standing, and walking. This position requires the ability to talk, hear, compare, compute, compile, copy, analyze, coordinate, synthesize, negotiate and communicate.
