Job Description
The Project Management Office at Invitation Homes facilitates and oversees a portfolio of enterprise wide, cross-functional projects and initiatives. This position will manage a set of projects with responsibilities to ensure execution on all tasks including assisting in organizing, managing and communicating with resources that deliver all the work required to complete a project within a defined scope, quality, time frame and set of cost constraints.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities
Conducts detailed analysis of project requests, defines scope of projects, coordinates tasks with business owners, project teams and IT, establishes measurable time segments, and monitors project to completion.
Identifies opportunities for workflow and process improvement.
Facilitates and troubleshoots problems associated with developing or improving systems or processes.
Serves as centralized communications point and ensure that all team members receive timely and appropriate project information.
Responds to inquiries about assigned projects.
Manages the schedule throughout the project lifecycle to track progress and make necessary adjustments for any changes.
Prepares various documentation including project reports, presentations, and other related information for the various assigned projects.
Assists in reporting project portfolio performance to leadership.
Manage relationships with other project participants.
Performs other tasks as directed.
Education and/or Experience
A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
3-6 years of project management experience preferred.
Strong background in professional services or project-oriented services industry, with real estate industry experience preferred.
Business process analysis, optimization and modeling experience desired.
Back office accounting, operations, project management, and/or systems experience that creates process improvement focus and perspective.
Required Licenses or Certifications
Project Management Certifications a plus.

Able to articulate to stakeholder management what solutions would be valuable.
