Job Summary
The Office Manager is responsible for supporting the President and 6 person leadership team of ResiBuilt. They will also be responsible for managing all group activities including team building and broker/vendor outreach along with all facility-related items for the corporate office, to include overseeing all vendor relationships and ensuring that all maintenance / service related issues are resolved in a timely manner. This position will also be responsible for overseeing all space planning, for the corporate office to include assigning workspace for new hires, visitors, temporary resources, as well as coordinating the scheduling of conference rooms.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist, coordinate, and manage calendar planning, schedule, travel coordination, meeting logistics, and expense management
- Oversee space planning for the corporate office to include assigning workspace for new hires, visitors, consultants, contractors, as well as coordinate and oversee all office moves within the office
- Manage all vendor relationships and track service level agreements of vendors supplying services for the office
- Oversee order placement and maintenance of office and kitchen supplies
- Ensure that all issues regarding security, maintenance, office temperature, keys, cleaning, etc. are resolved in a timely manner
- Manage various office functions; including building issues, front desk coverage, mail room duties, break room supplies, and office supplies/printers.
- Effectively manage and control expenses
- Take lead on all event planning for the office
- Ensure that conference rooms are well maintained, stocked with the necessary supplies and that all equipment works properly
- Comply with all company policies and procedures, applicable health and safety rules and regulations, as well as applicable local, state and federal laws
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Education and/or Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Experience in office management, executive administration support, or similar role within a highly professional work environment preferred
- Experience managing a team of administrative support staff

- None
Skills/Specialized Knowledge
- Expert in utilizing Outlook, Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to use general office equipment, such as telephone, fax machine, printer, copier and 10-key
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills; ability to relate to and get along with others
- Professional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to multi-task and maintain flexibility and creativity in a variety of situations
- Ability to analyze and resolve problems
- Ability to set and meet goals and consistently meet deadlines
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
Other Requirements
- Must maintain professional appearance and comply with prescribed uniform policy
- Ability to be at work on a regular and consistent basis; overtime may be required
Physical and Mental Demands
This position will spend long hours sitting and using office equipment and computers. The position may also entail light lifting of supplies and materials occasionally, up to and including 20 pounds in addition to reaching, stooping, standing, and walking. This position requires the ability to talk, hear, compare, compute, compile, copy, analyze, coordinate, synthesize, negotiate and communicate. Standard office working environment that may be busy and noisy at times.
Salary Range
The salary range for this position is: $49,462.50 - $85,735.00, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable employment laws.Compensation and Benefits
