National Program Manager
Job Description
The National Program Manager - Operations Support is responsible for managing a maintenance program(s) that supports the company's property management operations. Program management includes development, execution, optimization and analysis of a program's operations designed to support a large portfolio of single-family rental properties. Examples of programs include but are not limited to (a) National Internet and Media Program (b) National Smart Home program, (c) National Landscaping Program, (d) ProCare services, etc.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities
Assist in development of maintenance program processes and procedures based on subject matter expertise in program area
Act as a subject matter expert for assigned operational programs
Train and support field teams to appropriately execute operational programs
Work with third-party vendors/partners to maximize impact of operational programs
Analyze maintenance department data and business processes to maximize operational efficiency and optimize expenses
Review and approve national maintenance invoices to ensure accurate GL coding, costs, margin percentages, and credit allocations
Interface with management and accounting teams on national invoicing procedures and analysis
Track and analyze weekly program expense trends to identify cost saving opportunities
Utilize various task flow management tools, reporting and dashboards to achieve company and departmental goals
Perform other related duties or special projects as assigned
Travel up to 25% of the time to visit field and vendor offices
Education and/or Experience
High School diploma or GED
3+ years of relevant experience in residential construction, facility management, and/or property management maintenance coordination
Experience reviewing and analyzing large data files, primarily in Microsoft Excel
Experience in reviewing and approving vendor invoices and processing vendor invoices for payment
Skills/Specialized Knowledge

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office tools including Excel, and Outlook

Other Requirements
Must maintain professional appearance.
Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time to visit property management offices
Ability to be at work on a regular and consistent basis
Physical and Mental Demands
This position will spend long hours sitting and using office equipment and computers. The position may also entail light lifting of supplies and materials occasionally, up to and including 20 pounds in addition to reaching, stooping, standing, and walking. This position requires the ability to talk, hear, compare, compute, compile, copy, analyze, coordinate, synthesize, negotiate and communicate.
