Your Role on the Team
As a Leasing Experience Director at Invitation Homes, you are responsible for the development and oversight of the company’s strategies to achieve occupancy, revenue, and customer success goals; ensuring leasing and renewal results are maximized; and supporting company goals and objectives. This includes but is not limited to the following tasks:
Providing leadership and oversight of the Leasing Experience team responsible for leading the new lease and renewal process
Collaborating with local and national support leadership on initiatives to maximize occupancy and revenue within the portfolio
Evaluating pricing trends and strategies to include review of market and submarket conditions, and supply and demand drivers, and make recommendations for asset improvements, marketing enhancements, pricing initiatives, and performance strategies to drive velocity, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction
Ensuring the team follows policies, processes, and procedures to function according to quality standards and operating objectives
Facilitating communication and implementation of company initiatives and team goals
Using department and Leasing Experience Specialist performance measurement tools to find areas of opportunity for improvement and recognition of achievement
Taking proactive measures to minimize and assist with expediting resolution of critical issues as it relates to leasing and renewals
Performing other duties as assigned
Your Experience Includes
High school diploma or equivalent is required, a college degree is preferred
Minimum five years of residential leasing or related field
3+ years’ experience leading a successful team
Real estate license (if required by state), any other licenses and/or certifications as required by state law, and a current driver's license, automobile insurance
Comprehension of federal fair housing laws and any applicable local housing provisions
Strong understanding of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel; proficiency in Yardi Voyager and Salesforce preferred
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills; professional verbal and written communication skills; and strong organizational and time-management skills
Must be proactive, self-directed, highly motivated, and able to multi-task
Ability to perform moderate mathematical and accounting functions and read and comprehend financial statements and reports
Ability to be at work on a regular and consistent basis including weekends and non-traditional holidays if needed
Must have reliable vehicle transportation to conduct reviews at any home with associates as scheduled
Extensive travel within assigned portfolio required

Salary Range
The salary range for this position is: $98,775.00 - $171,210.00, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable employment laws.Compensation and Benefits
