Job Description

The Marketing Specialist is responsible for strategically implementing and measuring marketing strategies.  This role will ensure the successful will execute key marketing projects and actively contribute to daily marketing initiatives.  The Marketing Specialist will support company initiatives through the execution of the marketing strategy and brand campaign across channels.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure the successful execution of marketing campaigns

  • Develop and execute strategic marketing campaigns across channels, including collateral, digital ads, website, email, and social media

  • Project manage marketing requests, providing regular updates and reports

  • Make recommendations to management regarding the improvement and development of processes, metric visibility, and standard operating procedures

  • Utilize reports and other tools to strengthen the partnership with market leadership and communicate opportunities for improvement

  • Identify and develop property listing campaigns to support the needs of the prospect

  • Assist with copywriting or design on creative projects

  • Support projects in support of brand and business needs

  • Write and edit clear, concise and grammatically correct copy

  • Perform other duties as assigned

Education and/or Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree with 3-5 years of relevant work experience in Marketing

  • Proven work experience in marketing, brand management, and content development

Required Licenses or Certifications

  • Any licenses and/or certifications as required by state law.

  • High aptitude in Microsoft Office Suite products (i.e., Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook)

  • Adobe creative suite is a plus.

  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a plus.

Other Requirement

  • Ability to be at work on a regular and consistent basis; Overtime may be required for this position
