The Invitation Homes Partnerships team is committed to revenue growth management efforts that connect with residents through strategic partner program offerings. As the Manager of Partnership Marketing, you will have the opportunity to identify profitable business partnerships and build and execute impactful programs that connects with new and existing Invitation Homes residents. You’ll have access to our partners, associates across the organization and will closely collaborate with marketing team members to create impactful programs that drive resident experience.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Identify companies and services offerings that enhance the resident experience and drive incremental revenue
  • Use data & research to uncover consumer insights that direct and support potential partnership opportunity decisions
  • Manage the development of go-to-market strategies for service offerings and partnerships, including positioning, bundling and marketing plans for mandatory and optional resident services such as smart home, air filter delivery, pest control, lawn care and more, as well as development of exclusive partner offers
  • Develop resident-facing messaging concepts for partner services to drive resident engagement and program adoption
  • Collaborate with other departments including the ancillary, acquisition, experience and creative services teams
  • Manage partnership projects from beginning to completion, ensuring that all activities and integration are coordinated and completed on time and within budget
  • Support business development efforts on affiliate partnerships, and execution of exclusive resident affiliate offerings
  • Be passionate about customer experience and driven to continually improving the experience we offer our residents
  • Set metrics, track and report program results on a monthly basis
  • Present plans, develop decks and communicate directly with the Operations and Field teams

Education and/or Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in advertising, marketing, communications or related field
  • Experience working with and supporting partnerships and/or affiliate business models
  • 5+ years of experience in Marketing planning & activation
  • Experience with product and service-line marketing helpful
