We’re looking for an Enterprise Support Analyst I to provide technology support of the company’s key applications. This position will have the ability to support a wide array of applications that are mission critical to the ongoing operations of Invitation Homes.   We are building a culture that fosters innovation, built on a foundation of inclusion and diversity. You will partner with Desktop Support, Infrastructure, Technology Leaders and Operations teams to help deliver Genuine Care to our Associates located in an office setting or a remote location.  You will help us continue to build on our strong departmental culture and help chart the course for the future of the technology department. 

You will be on the forefront providing technical support for software issues along with onboarding and offboarding activities.   If you are motivated, passionate, quick learner, and have outstanding communication skills, this role is waiting for you!

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provides technical and troubleshooting support for software (enterprise and proprietary), hardware, audio/visual, telecom problems, password resets, and other technical items. 
  • Support onboarding Technology functions for new team members including setting up user accounts, computer logins, email addresses, employee badges and phone system logins/pin numbers.
  • Support the Technology offboarding functions for exiting team members ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Interacts with Active Directory to set up and maintain users and their accounts.
  • Support requests for adding, modifying, creating, and giving permissions for shared inboxes in Microsoft Exchange
  • Utilizes diagnostic software to remove spyware and viruses from computers
  • Support requests for equipment, computer logins, password resets, creation of employee addresses and employee security access. 
  • Provide updates to key stakeholders as needed.
  • Owning customer issues from initial report to resolution or until issue has been escalated and handed off to the appropriate support team member.

Education and/or Experience

  • High School diploma or GED
  • 2 years of experience working with the following:
    • Windows Operating System Windows 7 - Windows 10
    • O365 experience
  • PowerShell experience
  • Mac OS/X
  • 1 year experience in a Service Desk / Help Desk environment.
  • Desirable to have experience working with Active Directory, Exchange, MS Office, and Windows

  • Ability to be at work on a regular and consistent basis; Overtime may be required for this position. 

Physical and Mental Demands

This position will spend long hours sitting and using office equipment and computers. The position may also entail light lifting of supplies and materials occasionally, up to and including 20 pounds in addition to reaching, stooping, standing, and walking. This position requires the ability to talk, hear, compare, compute, compile, copy, analyze, coordinate, synthesize, negotiate, and communicate. Work Environment

Standard office working environment that may be busy and noisy at times.
